Steve is a senior-level executive with finance, administration and operational experiences. His experience includes leadership positions with both private and public companies. Starting his career as a junior accountant with Price Waterhouse gave Steve the foundation necessary to incorporate his accounting skills with his administrative and operational talent.

Steve helped to build a national publishing company from $12 million in revenue to over $250 million. He was essential in aggressive financing for both acquisition and general working capital needs while managing a department of over 160 employees.

Later in his career, Steve was Chief Financial Officer for a NASDAQ company. At the start of Steve’s tenure, he was instrumental in helping this company balance their cash needs to a more manageable level until the company was able to raise funding via a highly successful high-yield bond offering where the company raised over $300 million.

Steve has played an active role in the community by forming foundations that specialize in educating men and families on breast cancer issues. He is the founder of the Family Cancer Institute and Co-founder of Men Against Breast Cancer.

Steve is a former Midwesterner who attended The Ohio State University and the University of Cincinnati receiving a BBA in accounting and finance.
